Profhilo is the only anti-aging treatment based on pure hyaluronic acid without chemical additives, specifically designed for skin laxity of the face and body.
Profhilo® has been on the market since 2015 and is based on stable, hybrid and cooperative complexes and is produced through an innovative process that eliminates the use of chemical additives. Contains two different concentrations of pure hyaluronic acid that hydrate and firm the skin at different levels. It stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.
Profhilo® Body is specifically designed for the skin of the body. It targets areas such as the arms, abdomen, thighs and knees, where the skin often shows aging and loss of elasticity as well.
Composition:
Although it has a similar base to Profhilo, the formulation has been modified to address the specific needs of the body area. It also contains a higher percentage of hyaluronic acid to more effectively improve body skin texture.
Profhilo® Structura focuses specifically on improving skin texture and firmness, with an added focus on contouring and lifting the skin by stimulating subcutaneous adipose tissue.
Composition:
Contains both high and low concentrations of hyaluronic acid, similar to Profhilo, but as the name implies, Structura focuses even more on improving structure.

Treatment with Profhilo is performed by one of our specialists. Before treatment begins, photographs are taken for inclusion in your medical record.
Before the gel is injected, the skin is thoroughly disinfected. The insertion into the skin is done with a needle. We do not use additional anesthesia when injecting Profhilo. The treatment is not completely painless, but because the punctures are short, it is manageable.
The treatment takes about 15 minutes, depending on the number of regions to be treated.
Immediately after treatment, there may be some swelling at the injection site. This will go away by itself. Sometimes a bruise develops. This also goes away by itself.
After treatment, you can go home immediately. No further aftercare is required. Do avoid direct sunlight, saunas and strenuous physical activity for the first few days.
As with any cosmetic procedure, there are minor risks with this treatment.
The possible side effects of treatment with Profhilo include swelling, redness and bruising. Few reports of other side effects have been reported worldwide.

Porfhilo treatments are recommended in a series of 2 to 3 treatments at intervals of one month to 6 weeks, depending on the degree of skin aging.
Because this treatment puts the skin itself to work, you do not see immediate results. However, you can already see and feel that the skin is better hydrated.
From six to eight weeks after the first treatment, the positive effect is increasingly evident. This is because the production of collagen and elastin takes time.
