Unlike a hyaluronic acid-based filler or skin booster, Radiesse is a filler consisting of a soft, white gel with tiny calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres. The special feature of Radiesse is that both the gel and microspheres are gradually broken down over time, but the results are still visible long afterward due to the strong stimulation of collagen production. Radiesse is also called a “biostimulator,” meaning that it stimulates the skin to produce collagen.
In its undiluted form, Radiesse is known for its high G-prime (degree of viscosity and elasticity) as the ideal filler to correct (deep) facial volume loss. Diluted, or Hyper-Diluted, Radiesse is the ideal skin booster for lifting and firming the skin. Radiesse Hyper-Diluted is also suitable for treating the hands, neck, abdomen and cleavage.

Treatment by highly experienced doctors
Clinics in four citiesDuring the intake interview, the condition of the skin is analyzed. The practitioner will inform you about the treatment, discuss possible alternative treatment options with you and provide appropriate treatment advice.
We think it is important that you can make an informed choice. The practitioner is therefore happy to answer all your questions about the treatment, the result and possible side effects.
The skin is disinfected beforehand and any makeup is removed. Radiesse Hyper-Diluted is injected into the skin through a cannula (hollow, blunt needle).
Radiesse Hyper-Diluted contains anesthetic (lidocaine), which makes the treatment virtually painless. The treatment itself takes a total of about 15 minutes.
Immediately after treatment, the skin may be somewhat irritated and red. The skin may also be somewhat swollen. It is therefore important to avoid direct sunlight and not to go to the sauna for the first few days after the procedure. We also advise against sports in the first 24 hours after treatment.
Do not schedule your visit to the beautician or connective tissue massage therapist until 6 weeks after the treatment.
As with any cosmetic procedure, there is a risk of complications with this treatment, albeit very small.
The possible side effects of treatment with Radiesse Hyper-Dilted are (mild) swelling, redness and bruising. During the intake interview, the practitioner will go over all possible risks and complications with you in detail.
Depending on the condition of the skin and the desired result, 1 or 2 treatments with Radiesse Hyper-Diluted are usually required. It takes from 8 to 12 weeks before the final result is visible. After that, the result lasts for about 1.5 years.
