Marieke Geurds
Marieke Geurds is trained as an orthomolecular nutritionist. She helps you get a healthy relationship with food, yourself & your body so you can enjoy a life without complaints, eating rules and kcal counting
“The diet industry teaches you to get out of touch with yourself. With my four pillars of nutrition, exercise, mindset and relaxation, together we make sure you get back in touch with yourself. I myself also had an unhealthy relationship with food. Keeping to certain eating rules and restrictions, being busy with the scale, counting calories, always wanting to lose weight, not wanting to feel emotions or having binge eating and guilt feelings is not unknown to me. From my own experience and the knowledge I have gained from taking courses and training, one word is enough for me. I have already walked the path, know what obstacles you go through and what you need to also regain a fine relationship with food.”
Marieke believes in the power of natural & delicious food, a strong mindset and that you can create a lifestyle that suits you with your motivation,
If these four pillars are not enough for you, Marieke, together with one of our cosmetic doctors, will also guide you in medical weight loss with Liraglutide injections. Marieke will gladly tell you all about it in a no-obligation consultation.
