The Easy Phen Very Light peel is suitable for treating mild to progressing skin aging and provides a lifting effect and reduces fine lines.

The Easy Phen Very Light goes just one step further the Easy TCA peel by adding phenol. As a result, the peel works deeper into the skin. As a result, only one treatment is needed.
Thus, the Easy Phen Very Light is a hybrid exfoliation consisting of 15% phenol and 8% TCA (trichloroacetic acid). This stimulates cell renewal, collagen and elastin production and also removes dead skin cells and blemishes. This gives the skin a fresh glow. You can expect the skin to become more even, pigmentation spots and coarse pores will be reduced and the skin feels firmer.

During the treatment, the skin will first be cleansed. Then the skin is degreased and disinfected with a solution of alcohol and acetone. This allows the peel to have a better effect. The face is divided into five compartments and then the peeling liquid (15% phenol and 8% trichloroacetic acid) is applied to the skin in several layers per compartment. Phenol is analgesic, making the treatment easy to undergo. The peeling tingles, feels warm, but is not painful. The more layers are applied the deeper the peeling will go.
Depending on your skin condition and what you want to treat, it is important to know how deep the peeling should go. Together with the skin therapist it is determined whether you go for a light or strong treatment. When the desired depth is reached, the skin therapist applies the Post Peel Mask which immediately inhibits the inflammatory reaction and reduces the heat in the skin.
The action of the phenol and trichloroacetic acid creates a chemical reaction in the skin that repels the superficial cells and stimulates the deeper cells. Your skin will peel as a result.
The Easy Phen Very Light is a peel that is basically used once and not as a course of treatment like the Easy TCA peel.
After an Easy Phen Very Light peel you must allow for recovery time. The deeper the peel the more peeling you can expect. Immediately after treatment your skin will be somewhat red and swollen. The day after the peel there may be more swelling, this is often around the eyes. Also, the skin will feel dry. The swelling often subsides on day 2. However, the skin still feels tight and dry. You may also see dark spots due to the pigment that rises.
Usually the peeling starts on day 3, often starts around the mouth and then continues. It is very important not to pull on the skins, this can cause scarring. The skin often sheds completely within 5 to 8 days. Some skin may remain on the hairline, forehead and around the nose. The skin can still be red and vulnerable.
Sometimes your skin itches and feels tight, this can be somewhat uncomfortable but usually only lasts for 5-7 days. It is important to use only Skintech products during the “down time,” that is, the recovery time. In fact, these are precisely tailored to the skin affected by the Easy Phen Very Light. The skin therapist will go over the step-by-step plan with you on how this works.
For the first 48 hours, the skin should not get wet. It is also important to avoid high temperatures (sauna, hammam) for the first 3-4 weeks. Even more important is to avoid the sun (4-6 weeks after the treatment) and protect the skin every two hours with a Skintech sunscreen. Contact between metal objects such as jewelry and the treatment skin is not allowed for 72 hours.

If you strictly follow the post-treatment advice, the risk of complications is very low. In an exceptional case, hyperpigmentation may occur after the treatment or the skin may look red for a little longer. In very exceptional cases, an allergic reaction to the peel itself may occur.
